NSM Group reaches 100 employee milestone

The NSM Group has officially welcomed its 100th employee. Our milestone team member, Holly De La Haye, joins us as a Senior Trust Administrator. She brings two years of industry experience and plans to continue her professional development through the STEP Diploma Programme.

To mark this milestone, we look back at how far we’ve come.

From Guernsey start-up to global business

Over the past 12 years, we’ve evolved into a multi-jurisdictional business with offices in Guernsey, London and Dubai, managing over £12 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) for clients across more than 90 jurisdictions.

• Since 2019, AUM has organically grown by 158%
• Headcount has increased by 48% over the past five years with 42% of staff now with 5+ years of service
• Since 2017, we have celebrated 62 internal promotions

Our Managing Director, Simon Graham, said: “Reaching 100 employees is a fantastic achievement for the business and a testament to our culture, which is rooted in its people. We have always believed that if we look after our people, they will look after our clients.”

Giving back

We are also proud of our contribution to the wider community. Since 2018, employees have raised £10,133.17 for charity - excluding company donations, sponsorships, and volunteering hours.
