Simon Graham

In addition to managing the business, Simon is actively involved with clients as a trust director providing trustee services, directorships of client companies, as well as guardianship and executorship services.

His career in the Guernsey Finance Industry began in 1992 at the accountancy practice BDO where he served as director of the tax and trust companies servicing a varied portfolio of local and offshore clients. Simon is now responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio of high net worth individuals, trusts and corporate entities with a focus on property structures.

Simon has served on the board of a fund administration business, licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, he is a former co-editor of Tolley’s “Taxation in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man”. He graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in History, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and he has been recognised in the Citywealth Leaders List being listed as a Leading Trustee.
