Kaylie Guillou

Kaylie joined NSM in February 2018 having gained a broad level of experience of fiduciary business over the course of thirteen years.

Kaylie began her career as a junior trust and company administrator for a large portfolio of trusts and companies. During this time Kaylie undertook the International Diploma in Financial Administration (IDFA) to quickly progress to team leader and then to manager of her team.

Having gained experience in trust and company administration Kaylie completed the ICSA diploma to become Company Secretary for a group of licensed companies, which she continued to do for over seven years. In 2012 Kaylie completed the Masters in Corporate Governance (MSc) with Bournemouth University which led to her taking on the role of compliance officer and MLRO for a local fiduciary. In 2016 Kaylie was promoted to director of risk and compliance where she gained invaluable insight into the risk function and the role of the board.

Kaylie’s experience has enabled her to have a broad understanding of fiduciary business which complements her current role as Head of Compliance and MLRO for NSM. 

Kaylie is an Associate of the ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute.
