Emma Clayton

Emma has 18 years’ experience in the offshore fund administration sector.  Emma joined NSM Funds in 2022 having previously worked for JTC Fund Solutions (Guernsey) Limited in the client solutions team with a primary focus on onboarding new products and providing services for a wide variety of offshore open and closed ended regulated funds and Licensees.

Prior to that she was employed by Ardel Fund Services and Credit Suisse Fund Services for several years gaining experience working in the valuation and administration teams.
Emma has in depth strengths in developing structures which enables her to work closely with clients and to have a wide understanding of their needs whilst ensuring a high-quality professional service is delivered to our clients for their structure’s ongoing requirements.

Emma is offshore ICSA qualified to diploma level, she also holds a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and a Diploma in Finance, Business Studies and Personnel Management.
