Chris Bond

Chris has spent more than 20 years working in real estate, specialising in asset management and investment. His career started at Hammerson and he was latterly an associate director at Savills before spending 10 years as a director at a private family office managing a £200m commercial and residential property portfolio. His expertise spans all sectors including retail, offices, residential and alternatives throughout the UK, Europe, Eurasia and the Middle East. 

Working alongside the NSM team in London, Chris brings his years of experience dealing with high net worth clients and large corporates to the UK board, as well as providing valuable experience on real estate matters for the wider group.
